1. What this is

OperationLeadAI is a hosted service that analyzes job, estimate, and invoice data you provide and surfaces potential operational risks — labor overruns, unbilled work, aging estimates, and similar patterns. Creating an account means you agree to these terms.

2. Accounts and the free trial

Every new account includes 3 free scans, no card required. After that, running further scans requires upgrading to a paid plan via Stripe. You're responsible for keeping your password confidential; we're not liable for activity on your account resulting from a password you shared or reused elsewhere.

3. Billing

Paid plans are billed through Stripe. Subscription plans renew automatically until cancelled; you can cancel anytime from the billing portal linked in your dashboard, effective at the end of the current billing period. We don't store your card details — see the Privacy Policy for exactly what we do store.

4. It's informational, not advice

Every figure on a scan is calculated directly from the data you provide using fixed formulas — never invented or estimated by AI. That said, findings are only as accurate as your data, and they are not financial, accounting, tax, or legal advice. Confirm anything material against your own records before acting on it, especially figures like "unbilled work," which are exposure estimates, not confirmed losses, until you've checked them.

5. AI-generated content

Where an AI summary or column-matching suggestion appears, it is clearly labeled. AI is restricted to narrating or classifying — never to calculating dollar figures. AI output can still be imperfect; review it before relying on it, and see the Privacy Policy for what's sent to AI providers and when.

6. Your data, your responsibility

You're responsible for having the right to use and analyze any data you provide, and for handling anything sensitive in it appropriately (see the Privacy Policy for exactly what's stored versus processed in memory only).

7. Provided as-is

This service is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we're not liable for decisions made based on its output or for any damages arising from its use.

8. Changes

These terms may be updated as the service changes. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
